Along with these experiences, Darren also offers Cha Dao, a zen based meditation practice that utilizes the sacred ritual of a tea ceremony to cultivate a deeper relationship with nature and in turn, a deeper relationship with stillness. During these tea ceremonies, Darren also incorporates the healing vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls to ground the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
